There are 2 ground floor apartments. Each one (42 m² indoor area + 20 m² patio) has entrance from the front side, from the garden through the private patio of the apartment. Each apartment sleeps up to 5 adults, 3 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. The living room can be used as bedroom. During summer the actual living room is outdoors in the patio of the apartment in the garden, where you can enjoy the superb view, the cool sea breeze, and the pleasant smell of flowers. Ground floor apartments are equipped with full cooking facilities. Kitchens are located at the back side of the living rooms. They are fully equipped, with big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, sandwich maker, electric kettle and all kitchenware and tableware for 6 persons. There are two dining places with tables and chairs. The first one is in the kitchen and the second one outdoors in the private patio of the apartment. Bathrooms have shower. Free hot water is supplied to bathrooms and kitchens. TV set, hair dryer, mini safe and a clock radio can be found in each apartment. For families with babies, baby cot, high chair and blender are available. Free Wi-Fi is covering the area and a washing machine for common use can be found by the barbecue. Apartments are equipped with all cleaning tools and we deliver them clean. Apartments are cleaned twice a week and linen and towels are changed at the same time. There are 2 air-condition units in each apartment. The one is in the bedroom and the other in the living room. There is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Normally air-condition is not needed because of the sea breeze that blows during the warm hours of the day. And the hotter the day is, the stronger the sea breeze.
