Located in one of the most mountainous destinations in Greece, in the county of Evrytania, this autonomous guests’ house is hidden among spruces built at the altitude of 1250 meters, just 4 kilometers far from the county’s capital – Karpenisi. The hotel is surrounded by a land of 1.73 acres full of walnut, chestnut trees and spruces. The hotel comprises an upper basement space of 300 square meters including inside parking space, warehouses, heating systems, water tank with 2.5 tons capacity and a power supply generator ready to respond to any arising building’s needs. On the first floor, equally of 300 square meters space, there are six rooms, each of them measures 25 square meters, they all have a bathroom, a fireplace and autonomous heating system. At the same floor, there are also: a large living room with a breath-taking view, a wonderful fireplace, a kitchen, a bar, the reception and a common use WC. Every room has its own spacious balcony, and there is also a terrace of 50 square meters in front of the main area. The internal entrance connecting the parking area with the rooms via an antechamber and wooden stairs is a true privilege. Additionally, inside the roof of the hotel, there is an extra 80 square meters space available for construction.
